I started working with Juliana from Pacer Physical Therapy when I was 2 months postpartum. This was my first baby so the postpartum journey was foreign to me. I didn’t know where to start, my core was weak, my incision was tender and running seemed like a very long journey away. During the program we met virtually once a week to do a group workout. There were also various videos about how to engage your core, help your posture, how to lift/hold baby properly, etc. The course was very easy to follow and always at your fingertips. In those 12 weeks working with Juliana I got back to running, I’m working out to my fullest potential (no modifications!) and I gained my confidence back. I also got to learn the fundamentals and basics that I didn’t even know before, making me an even better runner than I was previous to my first baby. I cannot recommend her class enough!
