Our Birth Preparation Sessions
We offer a two-sessions (1 hour each)—designed for you and your support partner, doula or midwife if desired. Choose either in-person in Boston or virtually, so you can access expert pelvic floor PT from wherever you are.

Support and understanding your birth options. Obtain resources for both the birthing and non birthing partner so you can be informed and knowledge in labor and delivery
Learn manual techniques and how to push
Learn to gently soften and mobilize the pelvic floor, abdomen and connective tissues—aimed at protecting against tearing and promoting optimal baby positioning. Learn techniques designed specifically for the pushing phase and labor mechanics to aid in protecting your pelvic floor
Customized movement & posture assessment
We evaluate your mobility, alignment and functional movement patterns in pregnancy, then build an individualized exercise plan to support pelvic health and birth preparedness
Birthing position practice
Try and practice various positions for labor and delivery—with your partner if you like—to enhance comfort, mobility and readiness. Obtain video resources for you to practice this at home
