Mommy and Me Fitness Bootcamp

A nurturing 4-week strength-building bootcamp designed just for you, a new mom 8+ weeks postpartum. Bring your little one and feel supported, understood, and uplifted as you return to fitness together! Our space is stroller-friendly with elevator access for added ease
In each 45- minute session, we guide you through strength exercises – from core activation to sit ups, push ups, planks, and safe progressions into jumping and running. We tailor this to your fitness level and meet you where you are.
Learn how to reconnect with your body confidently, regain functional strength, and reclaim your energy!
This is more than exercise—it’s community. Connect with other moms on similar journeys, motivate one another, and grow together.
Some sessions even feature guest experts (like pediatricians and dietitians) for Q&A, offering practical wisdom to support both your well-being and your little one’s.
Next Session Begins: Wednesday, March 11th at 11 am
Subsequent Dates: 3/18, 3/25, 4/1
Fee: $160 for the full 4-week series—an investment in your strength, confidence, and community with focused, small-group attention.

Strong as a Mother Strength Training

This monthly small-group training series is designed for moms who are ready to build strength, confidence, and resilience—whether you’re months or years postpartum. If you’ve been craving structure, support, and a program that understands the unique demands of motherhood, this class is for you
Each 45-minute session blends functional strength training, core and pelvic health exercises, and progressive strength & conditioning so you can:
Rebuild strength safely and effectively
Move with confidence in your workouts, at home, and at work
Reduce nagging aches and pains that come with “mom life”
Learn strategies you can carry into your daily routine
Every session is guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands the physical and emotional journey of motherhood. Our goal: to meet you where you are and help you feel unstoppable.
Because you deserve more than just “getting your body back”—you deserve to feel powerful in your body right now. Strong as a Mother isn’t just a workout. It’s a community of women who are showing up for themselves and for each other. You’ll sweat, laugh, and leave each class feeling both accomplished and supported!
These classes are set up by YOU and a minimum of 3 participants is required for a 3 month minimum.

Mom & Baby Support Group: Fitness Program
Join us at Camberville Mama and Baby support group Thursdays at 11 am
Hosted in Cambridge POTA Inman Square Community Space
- This program is for postpartum mamas and fosters friendships and creates a nonjudgmental supportive network of moms in the Camberville area
- This 6 week program includes our Fitness Program that is hosted for 4 of the 6 weeks
- Our Fitness program entails supporting postpartum moms in feeling comfortable in their bodies, emphasizing strength through baby tasks, and aiding in injury prevention
- Learn how to reconnect to your core, wear your baby carrier comfortably, learn tools to aid in preventing back pain, hip pain, neck pain and pelvic floor symptoms
- We offer expert support and encouragement so you can feel confident moving and working out postpartum!
Strength Training and Pelvic Floor Pop-up

Hosted in their BRAND NEW space located at 1025 Massachusetts Ave in Arlington, MA
- This event will showcase our Pacer Strength class designed to support whole-body power, confidence, and long term health
- This 45- minute strength class is for all ages and abilities, with modifications given for all levels of fitness
- Stick around after the class to stay for our educational pelvic floor session to answer common questions surrounding pelvic health and tips to maintain a healthy pelvic floor!

Strength & Shop Event at Athleta
Join us at Athleta on Newbury Street on Sunday, March 22nd at 10 am
We will be hosting a drop in Strength class + Family and Friend Event
- This event will showcase our Pacer Strength class designed to support whole-body power, confidence, and long term health
- This 30- minute strength class is for all ages and abilities, with modifications given for all levels of fitness
- Stick around after the class to shop in a Athleta with 25% off the entire store opened for our event registrants only!

Strong as a Mother Virtual Group Strength Class
- 30-minute full-body workout, followed by 15 minutes of postpartum education, tips and Q&A led by Dr. Vera.
- No equipment required. Optional: links for looped bands and long bands.
- Show up with a water bottle and get ready to sweat!
- All levels of fitness are welcome
- The drop-in classes will be held on Tuesdays from 10:15 – 11:00 am. Email us to join info@pacerphysicaltherapy.com
- Cost: $25/class
